Wooden strongman logs. These old school strongman logs are a fantastic addition to training kit, at a great low price.

The wooden logs look awesome, and are awkward and challenging to press. Expect to see these popping up in competitions more and more, so get practicing now! Wooden logs in general, are not perfectly symetrical, but, unlike most wooden logs, these logs are designed and cut so that the weight distribution is even.

Various logs available - weighing from around 45kg up to 70kg. The handle width is made to IFSA spec, and the diameter generally around 12". If you wish to check what weights we currently have in stock please contact us. Please note - they are generally expected to lose up to 20% of their weight when fully dried out. The logs can form cracks, and this is a natural part of the wood drying.

Handles are 1" diameter, and pins are 48mm, but are also available with 1" pins if preferred.
