The sizings for these shoes are in European sizes, but I have listed them in UK sizes to keep it simple. They are on the big side, so I would advise taking a half size smaller than you normally would, or even a full size if you like them tight.

Tried them out today for front squats today and I like them, a lot. Nice and lightweight without being flimsy, and given how hot it was, they have some real 'give' in the uppers when your feet have expanded. I always squat in Safe Squat Contenders and given the price comparison between the two shoes, yours are tremendous value. I have used Ironworks on occasion in the past, and in terms of quality and stiffness, I can't see much of a difference, if any at all.
