Iron Woody's 41-inch bands were developed for a need for high performance resistance loop bands. Although there are many "fit loop bands" out there, there was not one that was specifically developed for both the athletic and rehabilitation purposes.

They vary in thickness and width, which determines their pound resistance. (The greater the stretching distance of the band while exercising, the greater the resistance load of the band.) All bands are 41 inches long, seamless latex rubber constructed in layers to help prevent breakage. Please note: they are sold in pairs only.
