This lifting platform frame is designed for hold 3x 1mx1m rubber mats together to create a sturdy and absorbent lifting platform, which remains solid underfoot to withstand anything you can throw at it.

Comes with band pegs so that the addition of resistance bands can be easily used and switched out for dynamic deadlift training.

The frame comes with brackets that must be used to secure the frame to the floor, these lock down the frame and stop it from moving.

PLEASE NOTE - The platform must be bolted down to the floor for added security.
