Strength Shop Rubber Coated Easy Grip Plates have seven symmetrical grip holes spaced out across the circumference of each weight plate. These holes make lifting, carrying or loading the plate vastly easier than a traditional cast, steel or bumper plate.
Easy Grip Plates have a 2" diameter opening so they may be used with any Olympic style barbell or sleeve.
Please note even though these plates are rubber coated they should not be dropped from height like a bumper plate, as they are made from cast-iron with a rubber coating.
