After reading the inventors story and her determination on making the PX1 and others work I decided as a runner who struggles with air intake (asthmatic and X smoker) and struggling to run at faster speeds without running out of oxygen I would buy the item and give it a go, I followed the fitting instructions and was testing out the very next day, and I’ve worn it every day I have had either a run race or workout and I have to say this has changed my ability to run comfortably and fast without gasping for air !! Using this while lifting heavy in the weeks after a molar extraction (and possibly post-implant too). Fairly comfortable. Spreads the load if I happen to clench jaw. I find it slightly harder to speak with it in compared to a boxing mouth guard that sits over the top teeth, but no big deal.
