I bought 2 baby inch dumbbells to start my grip training journey. Great quality and the handle is mighty thick to replicate the legendary inch handle. Looking forward to getting stronger so I can move up the weight series.

Grip Strength And Overhead Pressing
Arrived the following day late in the afternoon and was very securely packaged inside 2 cardboard boxes and bubble wrap but I didn't expect the dumbbell handle to be nearly as thick as a 330ml Coke can and the cast iron balls at each end to have a flat base so not round at all, no sharp or rough edges though.Despite only being 20 kg the thickness of the handle made using it a challenging proposition and it takes a bit of time to get used to it and mostly I am using it for one-arm overhead presses, push presses / jerks and suitcase carries.
