Compact and durable, the half rack allows you to perform the big lifts in a small area. The design incorporates a bumper plate storage system to keep your plates organised and within easy reach – making it a great option for a home gym.
The rack comes with multi-grip pull-up handles, safety catchers, and bar holders. Stability is crucial with racks. Our Half Rack is extremely stable, especially compared to cheaper racks. The rack has pre-drilled holes, allowing you to anchor it to the floor.
The Half Rack boasts impressive load ratings, supporting up to 400kg on the bar holder/J-Hooks and 200kg on the pull-up handles.

Are weight plates and bars included with the Half Rack? No, weight plates and bars are not included with the Half Rack.
How much assembly is required for the Half Rack? One person can assemble the Half Rack, but we recommend two. You’ll need a 17mm spanner and 17mm socket/ratchet to assemble.
Is there a warranty on the Half Rack? Yes, the Half Rack comes with a 6-month warranty.
The quality of the equipment I bought is excellent and it was well packaged when it arrived. I was impressed with the communication from Strengthshop which was very punctual and professional. However, I was under the impression that the courier would contact me to arrange a time for delivery in advance. This did not happen and the courier phoned me when they were on the street to tell us they were making the delivery. Fortunately I was in but I did wonder what they would have done if I wasn't in as the package was far too large to be left with a neighbour. While I appreciate that Strengthshop does not have control over the behaviour of the courier, I would suggest they feedback to the courier or consider changing to a different one if this is a recurring problem.

Top quality half rack very impressed
After shopping around I opted for the hand rack by strength shop, it was more compact compared to others but the biggest selling point for me was the ultra close spacing in the j cup and spotter bars
This allows good adjustments, some racks have 2 inches between holes This one has to be half inch between them
Very sturdy zero sway in the rack very impressive with it's quality, delivery was next day also which was very impressive, easy set up , well packaged however a few bits did have some scratches but I'm kinda used to that with all gym equipment purchases seems almost impossible to avoid
10-10 good customer service good response via email and a nice 10% saving when you sign up as a new customer

Great rack and saves space
I changed from the riot cage to this, it’s made far more space in my room and I can still do everything I could do in the cage,
When doing weighted dips the frame is a little more wobbly in comparison but I cannot fault this.
Great solution to most people’s main problems for home training, maximising space available.

Great, solid bit of kit. No complaints at all. A major improvement from the small Mirafit rack we had before. Maybe avoid if you're tight on space as it's quite big (the garage half rack is more compact).
