STABLE EZ BAR FOR ARM TRAINING
Our Riot EZ Curl Bar offers enough space for a lot of weight to be loaded onto with 26cm long sleeves and a solid grip due to a slightly thicker barbell shaft of 28mm. With a total weight of 12kg, the Riot EZ Curl barbell is suitable for heavy arm training, whether you go for biceps curls or skull crushers.
EASY ON THE JOINTS
The classic angled handles allow you to change grip positions and have the advantage that these positions are easier on your joints. A medium knurling provides a good grip. The sleeves have a diameter of 50mm like standard Olympic bars.
Sweaty hands? Improve your grip with ourliquid chalk.
