I have a badly damaged distal bicep tendon, which means straight barbell curls hurt. This is fantastic not only for developing your grip but also maintaining a natural wrist flexion when using, esp for palm-down work. Quality is first-class.

Great piece of equipment
Been very pleased with this purchase. Works the forearms and biceps hard - note that unlike most other axle/thick bars this has rotating collars - which reduces strain on the ligaments and joints. It is the only thing I curl with now. (I am training for sport, so grip and full body tension matters more to me than perfect bicep peaking.) Five sets of eight heavy cheat curls with this demands full body tension and does more for me than regular dumbell/barbell curls, and without messing up my wrists. Good value too.

Great quality
Excellent quality ez curl bar from Strength Shop. The rotating sleeves are very smooth with next to no play. The thick grip really works the forearms and grip strength as well as putting better emphasis on the bicep - guarantees a great arm pump everytime!

Best EZ Bar I've used.
Wrist curls are brilliant with this bar. Movement with it is smooth thanks to the rotating cuffs. It's one of my favourite pieces of kit, totally recommend it to anyone on the fence about it.
