Farmers Walk Handles.
I won a pair of these in the last Strength Shop product review competition (Thank you Strength Shop!!). They are excellently made, well balanced with a nice smooth surface finish. They can be stored easily and also come with 4 Olympic spring collars which is very useful as they are very much needed to use the Farmers Walk properly. This is because until you get used to the exercise, there is a tendency for the handles to rock to and fro as you walk, without the collars the weights fall off! The grip can be a bit of a problem as the handle part is of the same finish as the rest of the Farmers Walk, which is smooth as mentioned earlier. The Farmers Walk exercise is brilliant, for strength and also conditioning, these handles are perfect for anyone starting them and make a great addition to any training regimen.

Farmers walk is my favourite event and these handles are great for the money. I found it hard to hang onto the handles though because of the lack of knurling. So I wrapped some zinc oxide tape around them and now my hands stick to them like poopie to a blanket.
