What’s the difference between Heavy and Super Heavy Knee Wraps? Heavy Knee Wraps provide less support than Super Heavy, but are more pliable, and offer better mobility. Our Normal Knee Wraps offer less support than Heavy, but with maximum mobility.

Bought the 3m wraps. Great quality and very stiff, stiff to the point my hand was cramping whilst trying to pull the wrap around and secure it. Takes a bit of getting used to but once you have it locked down they feel amazing.

All top notch equipment and quick delivery. I recommend getting the longer wraps for most people. Sleeves stick to advertised measurements if to be used for whole duration of a workout but go smaller size if for just one or two big heavy lifts.
