    These adjustable dip bars were originally designed to meet the demands of streetlifting competitions: but they’re just as valuable for anyone who trains dips seriously. Whether you’re doing bodyweight work or pushing heavy loads with added weight, these bars give you a setup that adapts to your build, training style, and available space.

    With independent adjustment for each side and precise 12.5 mm steps, you can dial in the exact width that works for your build and training style. From a compact 450 mm to a wide 730 mm, there’s plenty of room to fine-tune for comfort, joint angles, and performance.

    Whether you're sharing a rack in a gym or setting up your own space at home, the flexibility makes a difference, especially when different athletes need different setups. And when you’re done training? Just flip the bars back. Out of the way. Out of your mind.

    •  Custom fit for every athlete: Both bars adjust independently in 12.5 mm increments, from a minimum width of 450 mm to a maximum of 730 mm, so you get exactly the width you want, without compromise.

    •  Quick adjustment without fuss: Spring-loaded pins and numbered, stainless steel guide plates allow smooth, secure repositioning. Without any extra tools.
    •  Flip-back function for smart space use: Each dip arm can be flipped back vertically when not in use. They stay clear of the training area and rest on rubber stoppers to avoid metal-on-metal contact.
    •  Stable build with thoughtful detailing: The subframe is robust and reinforced, with a U-shape bracket that mounts securely via one pin and three bolts: easy for one person to install. Internal plastic guards protect your rack coating from scratches.
