Far better quality and much more tape itself than you can buy elsewhere, this is ideal for bleeding out calluses and other annoying niggles mid training. I've also started using mine to cover forearms for tacky, it's genuinely mutli use!

Essential piece of equipment for any weightlifter
My first impressions were that this tape seemed to be longer than most commercial brands you can buy in the stores and less expensive. Having transferred to hook grip my thumbs were taking a beating but now with the addition to the tape they're adapting fine! If you ever rip a callous this tape can make it very easy to work around. I suffered from a small cut on my shin which wouldn't stop bleeding when doing barbell work but after using this tape it helped me work around this problem. Cheap as chips and does the job.
