Excellent shoes, I’m a size 8 and got the 8.5 which fit perfect. I think an 8 would have been to small. As for the shoe they’re great. More depth and stability on all squat patterns and leg press. Well worth the cash.

Been very pleased with this purchase. Works the forearms and biceps hard - note that unlike most other axle/thick bars this has rotating collars - which reduces strain on the ligaments and joints. It is the only thing I curl with now. (I am training for sport, so grip and full body tension matters more to me than perfect bicep peaking.) Five sets of eight heavy cheat curls with this demands full body tension and does more for me than regular dumbell/barbell curls, and without messing up my wrists. Good value too.
Honestly I don’t know how I’ve gone so long without using any straps. Great quality and price.

This was my first purchase from strength shop and I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. Communication was good and the item with me in 3 days. Well packaged and great condition.
The item itself is rock solid. I can honestly say strength shop is more toward commercial grade rather than home gym. The belt squat itself feels good and I can get full ROM. For me I was limited on footprint and this is as compact as you can get. Some have mentioned the platform being big, but this allows me to do lunges and sumo squats. It’s also only 20xm wider than the ATX and provides a solid platform. The included belt is of a really high quality.
For the price just buy it and save your back. I’ll be back for more stuff soon
This is a very useful bit of kit, that is designed well and in a soft enough material not to damage the finish of your dumbbell or barbell, yet firm enough to remove dirt and dust. The price is reasonable too, showing strengthshop aren’t rip-off merchants like some of the other big brand companies.
I like it, perfect for a home gym as its not massive, but perfectly adequate for technique. Nice finish and the weight posts are of correct size for weight plates and clamps. My only criticism, is the weight. 32kg is a bit random. Would have preferred 30 or 35 just for ease of maths when training :'D

Had been looking at cable attachments at a few firms and saw these. No other product came close for quality and price. Been working with them for a few weeks and feeling the difference already.
These are quality. I consider myself as having a decent grip as I've always worked out so wasnt sure what numbers to get. I went with the T, the 0.5, the 1, 1.5 and 2. It was the right choice. I can just about close the 1.5 and i'm about 5mm for closing the 2. I'm working my up to the 2 by repping the T, 0.5 and 1. Cant fault this product. I definately recommend if you are looking to improve grip strength.
