It took my 40 minutes with an injured left rotary cuff and a trapped nerve on my right hand side to get the other handle on without tearing it, and I was knackered after it. 😂
It looks like a sturdy bit of kit and I have heard they are good and was recommended it from a few gym friends. I haven't used it yet due to the state I'm in with injuries, but fully intend to once I'm healed up.
Thought it was a decent enough price and wanted to give it a try to see if I can get my abs to re-ermerge after 30+ years, I'll do it. 👊😂
