Riot EZ Olympic Curl Bar

This bar is a must if you are serious about arm training. The Riot EZ curl bar is a step up over our standard EZ curl bar featuring a thicker 28mm shaft, loadable sleeve length increase to 26mm taking the weight of the bar up to 12kg meaning it will be able to handle some heavy weights! You won't be able to overload it and be confident to test your strength limits.

Due to the camber location and where the bar shaft bends this helps minimises stress and strain on the wrists aiding in less injury risk but also better focus on the lift. The sleeves have bronze bushings for a smooth spin as well as a tough and durable chrome finish. The shaft of the bar has our course knurling at the main areas aiding in a consistent grip on the bar with our hard wearing black E-coating finish.

Sleeves are 50mm (2") so this means most Olympic style plates should fit the bar.
