Made from super sturdy high quality steel and fitted with bronze bushings, the Bastard Power Bar is very durable. Since the bar is relatively stiff, we would recommend using primarily static lifts.

The knurling is excellent, bar is quite stiff compared to some powerbars which I also thinks better for all purpose, I've used this bar several for different barbell exercises I'm more than satisfied with the product.

Decided to upgrade and replace my old bar that had a smaller diameter. This one is 29mm and perfect. Great feel with knurling deep but not too deep that rips your skin. No chalk required for heavy deads or rows.

I would highly recommend this Power Bar, the knurling just seems right and the bar is stiff and feels good when bench pressing. The IPF markings are clear and the 29mm thickness makes it comfortable in hand.

Perfect power bar, affordable
Literally everything I’ve been looking for in a power bar similar to Eleiko or Rogue for much less. The knurling is spot on, sharp and rough how a real power bar should be.
