Strength Shop yoke, which can double as a training station for squatting and benching.
Yoke is a staple strongman event, fantastic for building core strength and fitness.
This Yoke is very easily adjustable in height and has 50 mm loading pins suitable for Olympic plates.
By adding 60mm J-hooks or Bar holders with the Yoke it can be used as a training station that you can do squats and pressing exercises, add these by selecting from the options.

Mines arrived today and I love it, however mine is grey not black like advertised and the holes in the uprights do not go all the way to the top like the photos on here. This is my reason for 3 stars.

Strong Ass Yoke
Great addition to the home gym. Sturdy, well built and pretty damn comfy on the shoulders. Nice to see the pics have been updated to show the skis on the feet. Only complaint is the pins can be a bit sticky once you screw em into the cross bar. All in all a great value bit of kit!

Fantastic product, fantastic service
First time shopper with strength shop and I can honestly say some of the best service around. Dee, who works at customer service provided fantastic service the whole way, I had some questions regarding the product and the reply was detailed, helpful and quick. The yoke itself is a solid bit of kit. Brilliant value for money. Fits right in with any strongman’s gym. I have used as a yoke itself, conditioning tool and also as a multi training station for all the main lifts: squat bench, overhead. The safety catchers that come with it are second to none. I will be shopping with Strength shop for all my training needs and will be recommending to all my friends.
