The Extra Thin Steel Olympic Plates will fit a 2” Olympic barbell/dumbbell sleeve. These plates are designed to help you gradually build strength by increasing load in smaller increments.

Cheap and very simple.

I bought 0.125 kg plates because Mirafit only goes as light as 0.25 kg, that would mean an increment of double weight at 0.5 kg per increment on dumbbells. With 0.125 obviously you can go in 0.25 kg increments.

Additional benefits is that you can use these to play "heads or tails" if you're having trouble deciding between 2 things, and they're really funny to show people.
