Multi Grip Pullup Bar for Riot Power Cage lets you perform multiple variations of pull/chin ups by using the different angle grip handles. Simple upgrade over the straight bar that is supplied with the Riot Power Cage. The multi grip bar simply attaches to the cage in the same location.

Neutral grip placement too wide

I bought this a while ago to go along with my power cage so I could do neutral grip pull ups. The neutral grip handles are well outside shoulder width. This means you can only do very wide grip neutral grip pullups. The neutral grip handles are also about where your hands go in a regular pronated pullup, so they get in the way. The build quality is great but unfortunately it doesn't serve its purpose
