Love these shorts, I have numerous brands of neoprene shorts and these are just as good as any of the other top brands out there

Neoprene shorts

I use these for squats, deadlifts, good mornings etc. Use them for support, like a knee sleeve for the hips. Don't be surprised at how sweaty you are when you take them off :-)
