Very versatile bar

First off, ordered at lunch time and it was here the following day before lunch, standard delivery. Nothing standard about that!
Its a very versatile and solid bit of kit for a home gym.
Shrugs, rows, farmers, drag curls, lunges, hammer curls to name but a few. The choice of handles is a nice touch as is the built in jack that makes it easy to load and store.
I can not speak of the durability yet as not had it long, but at this early stage it feels well worth the money to me!

Excellent Trap Bar

Easy to load plates on as the bar sits on its stand. The plates slide on smoothly on the hardened chrome. Easy to sit the bar on its stand because of the leverage - even when loaded. I find that I can lift heavier with this bar. I found 120Kg x10rep was grip limit for me with the knurling and would recommend straps beyond that. The trap bar feels safer on my back, having injured myself 3 times deadlifting with a standard barbell. The low grip on this trap bar may be a good option if you want a safer squat and safer deadlift alternative. I am using the 28mm grip but I like the option of the 34mm grip which can be interchanged easily. The open aspect to the bar enables other exercises - check youtube. A highly recommend piece of kit for any gym. I wish I had bought one sooner.
